If a candidate is unable to complete the B.Voc course, they will still be awarded a diploma after successful completion of the first-year or an advanced diploma after successful completion of the second year.

Unlike traditional graduation courses, B.Voc courses emphasize more on practical and vocational studies instead of general studies. The sole emphasis of B.Voc is to create employable manpower instead of certified students.
Secondly, B.Voc courses features multiple entry/ exit points which thereby help students to earn experience while pursuing their degree courses. This criteria has been specially emphasised in NEP 2020 by the Government of India.
