Course Enrollment & Eligibility
- Students must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment and verification of documents (if required).
- The institute reserves the right to deny admission without providing a reason.
Payment & Refund Policy
- Course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule.
- Fees are non-refundable once the course has started, except in cases of cancellation by the institute.
- Any refund request before the course begins will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
Student Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline and follow institute policies.
- Any form of misconduct, including harassment or plagiarism, may lead to suspension or expulsion.
- Attendance requirements must be met to receive certifications.
Intellectual Property & Content Usage
- Course materials, lectures, and content provided by Red Apple Learning are copyrighted and cannot be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
- Students may use learning materials only for personal educational purposes.
Certification & Placement Assistance
- Certifications are awarded only upon successful course completion and meeting evaluation criteria.
- Placement assistance is provided, but job placement is not guaranteed.
Liability & Disclaimers
- The institute is not responsible for any technical issues, job placement guarantees, or personal losses. Job placement is subjected to a student’s skill.
- Course structures and schedules may change at the discretion of Red Apple Learning.
Privacy Policy
- Student information is kept confidential and used only for educational and administrative purposes.
Amendments to Terms
- Red Apple Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- By continuing to use our services, you agree to these terms.
