PLACEMENT MANAGER
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate employment and internship opportunities for students of Red Apple Learning by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
- Should correspond with prospective recruiters across PAN India for placementsof students of diverse skill sets and build an effective network of potential recruiters.
- Strengthen recruiter database by adding new recruiters (Employers) from all acrossIndia and abroad.
- Tap more hiring opportunities in core companies for studentsof Red Apple Learning.
- Ensure maximum placement of studentsof Red Apple Learning.
- Interact with recruiters at the time of placement and share feedback with students andother
- To ensurevalue Placements through better Brands coming on campus as recruiters as well as higher salary packages offered to students year on year.
- Collaborate and promote Career Planning services through in-class presentations etc.
- Aggressively contact businesses and industries to develop partnerships and placements.
- Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Assist students in all aspects of the job
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers/ recruiters.
- Participate and organize on-campus events and regular placement drives etc.
- Develop an active on-campus business and industry presence. Schedule and advertise campus recruitment for employers.
- Assist with maintaining employer database(s). Maintain student files/ reportsas needed. Submit the report.
- To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over.
- To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students and dispatch to employees.
- To identify a standby placement officer to take over the responsibilities during the absence ofPlacement Officer
- Organize HR summits.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Candidate must possess an experience of at least 5 years in Training and Placement
Department of a reputed University or College.
* Candidates having a Management background would be preferred.
